The staff were so kind and friendly, despite a little language barrier. The room was very big with an AC, and was very clean. So grateful for a warm shower after getting drenched in the rain. Good location for accessing the harbour and the city. Would highly recommend this place to stay!

Just an OK but basic hotel that's good enough for a 1 or 2 nights stay near Ha Long city. Rooms are clean and look rather new, but just the basic necessities (but no fridge....but you can use theirs at the ground floor). The rooms have A/C, flatscreen TV, pedestal fan, good beds (not hard mattresses), and a clean, wet style bathroom. (The power points are not conveniently situated.) My room was described as having an extra large double bed. In fact, it was just 2× large single mattresses push together. The hotel has a small lift, basic reception area, and they sell a few soft drinks, but they offer no food options. The hotel is located in a quiet area and within walking distances to a few local basic restaurants, simple convenience shops, 2× Winmarts (1.5km), and a Mixue. However, you will need your own transport to get into the city, the nice beaches, and Tuan Chau Island (where the tour boats depart).
