The people are the loveliest! Super friendly and helpful. Additionally, they clearly take Soo much time to extensively clean everything!

The place is slightly remote. But renting a scooter or taking a grab easily combats this

Everything works properly and the staff keen to offer help with my requests including scooter hire.Also the weather is not as excessively hot as most places around.

I found the location made it necessary for transport hire in order for me to get to places of interest but then Ha Long is a big place with lots of great places to find

Lovely staff, not a far taxi ride for a pretty good price to places we wanted to go, the room we had was clean and had everything we needed I was surprised to see how nice it actually was. Also there was a mini mart type store across the road which was open rather late which saved us as we got there very late off our bus, we were lucky to be able to go across the road and get some noodles, snacks etc the lady also does a really nice cold coffee here recommend that too!

Bed was a little hard for my preference.

Receptionist dont speak English, not even a word, but he was still fine.
