Hotel Triumf

The furniture was new, the location was amazing, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, the staff was very polite and helpful.

The room hadn't been used in some time and it was not as clean as I hoped. The shower head was dusty, when I disinfected the toilet seat, it was a bit dirty. The desk and nightstand were dirty, as in the cloth I used was brown when I was done wiping, but I think the cleaning crew did wipe the dust, it's just that there were stains on the furniture that needed something stronger to be cleaned ( like Cif or something). The mini fridge was decent, but I had to wipe that too for good measure.

The rooms for people traveling alone and the price is quite high for one night in bad conditions.

The location is amazing, with a beautiful garden and free car park in front of the hotel. Walking distance to the park, restaurant with a terrace and tennis court on one side. Ioana, the receptionist from the check-in was very friendly, with a positive attitude. My room had a very nice and clean bed, air cond as well. If you want just a clean bed in a great location, it’s a good choice. Don’t expect anything more. Surprisingly, considering the location, I didn’t find it noisy.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly, same as the floor all over. Thankfully, I always travel with my own slippers. I understand this is a cheap accommodation, but it’s a shame as it could be an amazing hotel in different circumstances. Such a treasure under the wrong ownership. Some ladies at the reception need an upgrade and a better attitude.
