The washroom needs a bit Reno. Not sure heating works or not.

The location

I have stayed for 2 nights, but the soap/shampoo was delivered for one time only. No change towels also was expected.

The location is good, a bit far from downtown but the area is super nice and quiet. Kind staff. Big size room.

There was only one plug in the entire room. The wifi didn't work. The pillows were uncomfortable and one was dirty. The bathroom needs a renovation. The refrigerator was useless since there was no plug nearby to connect it.

Too noisy outside, hotel room is close to some kitchen or restaurant, the smell of food comes into the room all the time. No kettle for having hot water

Splendid location on the embassies neighborhood, the most elegant one, and just 5 minutes on a delicious walk up to Piata Victoriei. This is an amazing property that someone should renovate on a 5 stars hotel. Just the customers related to the embassies may become an important revenue. But, right now, great heating, hot water, kindness (they let me stay until 16 pm.), and cleanliness. BUT: if you're picky, pretentious, do not appreciate classicism nor faded beauties, I don't think you'd appreciate this place.
