Hotel Hart

The hotel is great for large groups, we were about 80 people and had a pleasant experience. The stuff was very friendly and answered all our needs. The rooms were big and clean, very good food and enough for all of us. We enjoyed the pool and the amenities (sauna, fitness room). The location of the hotel is nice and quiet, near a forest.

We were here for two days with a group of 87 people on a company team building. The staff was very friendly and we liked the food provided by the hotel (homemade desserts). The indoor pool is fun, clean and you can play around with foam. The sport amenities were not great. The bear visited the hotel a few times in the two days, but without any incidents. The rooms are large, clean, with comfortable beds. You get also a bathrobe and slippers for the pool. The staff lets you use the common space for boardgames. They could improve by adding a football field or a tennis court and better common spaces, but in general it was a very good stay.

I like this hotel. I stayed with a group there for 3 nights and liked the friendly warm staff, the nice pool and my room was large and comfortable. I also liked the food at the breakfast and at dinner snd the nice location inside the forrest.

Once again I booked the room at the Hart Hotel, where I found the same family atmosphere, the room was in the new location where we also benefited of SPA. The bar and the restaurant offer good products. I will return to this hotel

We've been in Hart Hotel Timisu de Sus (large group, at least 20 persons, organised by the agency VIP Business Travel, BIG THANK YOU to the two organizers :-) Andreea and Andreea) with the occasion of the celebration of Romania's Great Union Day on December 1 – 2018 and spent 4 excellent (national holy:-)days: elegant hotel, clean and friendly rooms, huge balcony (room 417 by the way, I reccomend!) with mirific view over the forrest and mountains, warm atmosphere in both ways (effectively very warm room and beautiful decorations in and arround the hotel), attentive and friendly staff, nice parties each night and excellent SPA area with clean and warm water in the (big) pool (when minus 10 degrees outsite and the snow at the door, you really appreciate having fun in the pool and to spoil yourself in the dry sauna or in the saline room). A small minus to the pool: the jacuzzi isn't bubbeling as expected and the water should be warmer in this area. The food was good, I wouldn’t say excellent, yet enough (minus the cakes, who was smart and made provisions… eat cakes; who waited for the end of the table for dessert… was a bit fooled and will be thinner and healthier in the future :-) !), but compensated with the attentive personnel form the restaurant, they really cared about us and tried their best to fulfill our needs. A huge minus would be the fact that at least 150-200 people were accommodated in the hotel during this period and the organisers tried to clutter too many people in a single restaurant. So we crawled at the tables and it was quite uncomfortable, that restaurant was clearly too small for so many people. Plus the fact that they served the food (swedish buffet) in one corner, on a pretty small surface, that leading also to the formation of queues for food. Also a minus (not so huge, but … yet) was the noise we heared during the night from the traffic on the national road that is approx. 200-300 meters from the hotel, it is true that the hotel is surrounded by a courtain of trees, but in the silence of the night you can still hear the cars running on the road. A big plus is the fact that the forrest begins exactely behid the hotel and you can walk in the woods pure and simply, or climb to Predeal through the forrest, or to the cottage Poiana Secuilor and from there to the cottage Trei Brazi, close by on the other side of the national road you can go to the Canion and cascade 7 Scari, to the Tamina cascade, etc., anyway you will not get bored there and you won’t regret thet you didn’t stayed in Predeal, on the contrary. In conclusion I recommend, you could spend a rest and relaxation time at this hotel!

Breakfast was cold, pancakes were cold, the water temperature of the main pool was low... staff couldn't take the critique, so they were not client oriented. Only the room was fine, but the soap and shower gel provided were something like a joke... They travel agency messed up our reservation, which was a double room, so the hotel gave us a single room and they told us to sort it out with the agency, they didn't even try to help us out. Quite dissapointed. Not going to return.

We occupied the whole hotel with our group for 2 days. The hotel were good to deal with in fixing a contract. The conference room is good (though L-shaped, it can work). And there were plenty of other areas to hold smaller meetings. The dining room was generally good - when using a buffet style service. But when trying to use table service with such a big group, they tool rather too long. There is a pool (not heated) which looks nice. And a gym - but the exercise bike was not working. There is a pool table there. The location is picturesque - looking out over mountains from the 5th floor was nice.

Not far away from Predeal,the location is in a middlenof the forrest. The room are.very big with big balcony. The pool is with warm water, not very deep and clean. The food was perfect, very good cofee. It was a perfect vacation for my family.

Outstanding services at all levels. Very professional and well-mannered staff, great spa area, large swimming pool. Hotel it situated in the middle of a forest, which makes the neighborhood very pleasant. Great place for relaxation. We loved the room, the bed was very comfortable and the view from the window was breathtaking. The room has a balcony, coffee table, armchairs, big bathroom, minibar, electric cattle and cups. We choose the hotel for the Christmas party and we were provided with excellent services :accommodation, food and atmosphere!!!!!! Congratulations for the hotel management.

In deed going to this hotel you choose a totally relaxing time. Do nothing. Just look at the forest, heard the birds and some dogs, eat, drink, sleep, read, go to the pool. But if you intend to move your body, behind the yard there is a mountain trail offering a wonderfull walk. Or more convenient you can take the car and go in the neighborhood the city of Predeal or Brasov. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is friendly and the restaurant looking too elegant for the place where is located offer Romanian dieshes. It is a place for a company meeting, or for a short stay.
