Hotel Hart

The hotel is located within a forest, beautiful surroundings, nice room. Wifi only in lobby and even if not using Wifi the Internet is not functioning properly in the rooms. You have to switch on the lights in the corridor which is annoying, also very small and slow elevator. If you like to go out in the evening this is not the hotel for you. Breakfast was nice, evening meal nothing special, but OK.

This is hotel is located far away from everything..... there's nothing to do around. they say they have free wifi which is very bad in the lobby you can barely use it. and in the room you don't have wifi. the food is ok, some days they had good delicious food. other days bad food. but in both cases there is no variaty in food and the same everyday/ one night they do the cultural show and dance which was really nice and they ask the people to participate and dance with them/. and each night they have people who play music and sing. the people in the reception are kind of nice. but the people that work in the restaurant and the waiters are so rude and they don't understand english so if u dont speak romanian they won't even bother to understand what you want. during the meals not so much to drink ... only water and one kind of juice if still not finished. the view is a plus ... in the middle of the forest trees around you. i only recommend it if you will sleep in it but not spend more time in there.

Our party of six adults The place is very clean and well maintained Also serves of the hotel are perfect. The dining room very clean food OK I recommend this hotel and I will return soon for winter attractions. The hotel has a large pool with sauna with showers.

imagine a place which is not far from the main road yet isolated by a line of trees so you can not see it. Hotel is having large capacity both inside and outside and many times is preferred location for companies for team building activities or conferences. Hotel has a spa, which means a pool area which is heated and a sauna in the same zone but different floor. There is no people supervising this spa area, from this point of view looks quite deserted. The hotel staff tries to be nice, but in many of the situations is completely useless as they cannot fix the wifi , clean the rooms or repair the card payment solution. Things which one normally would expect in a 4 star resort. So, should you climb above 4th floor, the wifi is gone. If you come below 3rd floor, the wifi is there but you cannot access internet. Probably the card payment dies on the same reason. Was pretty annoying that at checkout we had to go in the city to take cash and come back to pay for the services. Food is nothing special which I will remember. Waiters do a better job than reception. The place is clean and quiet, i believe this is the biggest plus. For families with kids there is small pool and some playground in the back yard of the hotel. Rooms are quite big and good looking.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is really bad and poor;you don't have many choices on what to eat also they don't have tags in front of every type of food or drink so you know what is in there you just have to guess. The first impression was really awful. When I arrived I had to wait like 30/40 minutes to get checked-in. The room is unclean (bathroom was really dirty) and smells odd. I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and not once has someone from room cleaning came to vacuum my room or to change my towels or to take the trash. Also the hotel is very far from civilisation so you're kind of isolated is you decide to stay here and you don't have much to do. Plus on the weekends they have these parties on the Ground floor and the music is really loud, you can hear it very clearly from the 3rd floor( also on the 4th floor because I asked for another room on a higher floor) and you'll have trouble sleeping . I suggest you never come to this hotel,trust me there are better options.

The hotel is rated 4* and i really don't know why. Very poor breakfast. The food below the average. Rooms are poor and some of the facilities inside them not working. There are other good options in the area which will be better from this place. Be aware that the location of the hotel is very isolated.

Hotel Hart is a hotel with modern facilities full renovated and located in the exclusive zone. Even if it's set at a distance of 5 km from Predeal, you can choose to make many things indoor. The Hotel has SPA, Gym, etc... I can recommend the hotel which has a very welcoming and warm staff, but I think they can improve the menu and Chef

We spent a relaxing weekend at Hotel Hart. The hotel is new and clean although the cleaning ladies are not very tidy...the dust was not cleaned on the shelves so we could write messages on the shelve Breakfast is alright but more like a 3 stars hotel Pool area with children pool is very nice with a fantastic view but the water is always too cold for children. Staff is very polite. I would say that this hotel has a huge potential which is not used...pitty that such a wonderful hotel in such a nice mountain area does not have the proper services.
