AUDon’t judge the property via the exterior. Very modern room and great amnesties. Staff were extremely responsive and contactable via WhatsApp which made the check in easy.
We stayed 2 nights and the first night the room was so noisy. The walls are very thin and could hear some karaoke/bar music in the night. We were moved to a quieter room which was better. The rooms & beds are very small, with no privacy (shower door is glass looking out into the room) so I wouldn’t recommend staying for more than 2 nights.

AT1. Owner reacts prompt on any whatsapp message, sent helpful information in advance. Very nice and helpful 2. Rooms are brand new (Sept. 2024) and clean. High standard equipped. 3. Aircon is not noisy and not blowing straight onto bed, so very comfortable 4. Fridge working well. Cabinet of fridge is totally enclosed, so we let front door of cabinet open for ventilation 5. Shower, toilet very good and clean. Mirror even has anti-fog heater 6. No elevator, 2 nd floor. Staff organized to bring our luggage up/down 7. restaurants and a bar (pass through street food Chinese restaurant) just next to the entrance of staircase. Lumpsum: highly recommended

MYMYService is excellent- The staff/host is very responsive, helpful and friendly. The room is very clean. Everything is provided , nice coffee, tea, mugs, hairdryer. There's even a battery bank. Help yourself to the bottled water unlike hotels, only limited to 2 a day. Soaps, shower gels are of good quality.
The entrance on the ground floor to the staircase is not pleasant - dark, smelly and dirty. The bathroom drain clogged couple of times but the staff came immediately to attend to it immediately. The ventilation in the toilet draws in the smell of the drain from downstairs. A bit of noise from the nearby karaoke/pubs. Just bring your own ear plugs. Be ready to walk 2 and a half flights of stairs.
