I like the resort building

I didn’t like the world building

Loved the sandy Beach oved the 50m Olympic pool Liked the waterpark The food at the fast food shaks

1 - Disabled facilites and ramps were terrible No wheel chair assistance was offered and we had to rent the wheel chair for my elderly mother at 10 Euros a day ! 2 - The recommended airport transfer by the hotel turned out to be terrible and nothing like advertised for 95 Euros each way. Much cheaper alternatives are available

Great staff and multiple facilities and food was good as well

No enough support for disabled people on wheel chairs , we had to rent a wheelchair for 70 euros from the “private clinic”

The pools and the water park

We booked out stay thinking we were staying in a resort but the they put us in a hotel where the rooms were like cheap quality motels. Nobody from the staff were even willing to listen to change our rooms

Facilities within the resort are excellent. Food is extraordinary with plenty of restaurants with specialized selection. Sandy beach that is used only by Lonicera is spacious and it is possible to find a space even late morning. Good fun for kids with quite a large aqua park.

Our room was not ready at 2.30am in the night when we arrived. After a long travel, we had to wait for a technician to set up a bed for our child and it took around 45 minutes. The bed has never been set up properly throughout our stay. The staff is struggling with English.
