Very big territory,actually it’s too big. You get tired after a day when you need to reach food ir drinks in such a long distance.

Very big territory,actually it’s too big. You get tired after a day when you need to reach food ir drinks in such a long distance. No waitress to the beach and swimming pools.Anything you want you have to go and get yourself. All sun beds are booked from the early morning with towels.You can’t sleep longer if want to have a sunbed.You can not have food by the sea. Food is really bad. Sweet dishes was all horrible. Food was really bad. Not worth it for the money we paid. Also they don’t provide shampo or kondicioner.

Location near the sea, aqua park, happy atmosphere

Good food, a lot of activities, cleanliness

Alcool bevarages have very poor variety and very bad quality... Except some basic Whiskey and Gin which you can find only at selected bars, only the white wine was ok. Wi-Fi quality very bad, poor signal - Facebook rarely works.. The beds aren't very comfy and the pillows also. Would be better to have more thematic restaurants. More active entertainment team..

Kids pools and activities were ok

I didn’t like anything about the hotel. I’d start with customer service from concierge main reception to other staff, they are all very very rude. The rooms beds are very uncomfortable, the mattresses feels they haven’t changed them since they’ve opened the hotel. Very very uncomfortable. The restaurant staff are useless. One time we were waiting for the main restaurant to open, and we could see the staff preparing to open through the window, I saw the head chef picking his nose and then tasting the food with his bare hands, it was absolutely disgusting. Bar staff are useless Gym was ok. If English is your first language then this place isn’t for you as you really can’t communicate with anyone. It’s shame we wasted our family holiday there, we had to checkout a day early as we couldn’t bare it anymore. It’s so far from Antalya airport, I think it took us about one hour and 45 minutes to reach.
