位置還不錯

1.店家使用話術「預售先授權」想預先刷卡，刻意使用Booking訊息，不主動來電說明，消極被動解釋，文本也有夠複雜、超級不直覺，且內文完全沒提及「信用卡」、更別說是「與訂房時同一張信用卡」，到現場才發現已被刷卡，感受極差。 2.到現場要求使用別張使用卡付款，在櫃檯花超過10分鐘解釋「預售先授權」的定義，而不是想辦法解決客戶問題；我是想用別張信用卡付款，不是想理解預先授權的定義，現場已讀亂回超過十分鐘真的浪費生命，請加強員工理解力與專業度。 3.房間內發現臭蟲(床蝨)，第一次在飯店碰到有寄生蟲的，衛生堪慮之外，後續還要自己想方設法處理殺菌等問題以杜絕後患，超級頭痛；當下飯店居然只有道歉及附贈早餐，完全沒有提供實質的幫助，真的不知道該說什麼。
