"雖然房價沒有很貴但也不算便宜，浴室洗澡水都會跑出淋浴間，整個浴室都積水，房間設備也很舊，很多裂痕"

地點近演唱會場地Zepp，走路大約只需10分鐘。

房間內有安全出口燈箱（綠色），晚上關燈後全亮燈完全不可接受，浴室玻璃間隔只有一邊沒浴簾，沖涼後無可避免地濕易生危險。
