everything! the staff were very kind, beautiful surrounds and enormous comfortable bed. The balcony is lovely as is the area by the pool. Best place we stayed at in Tanzania or Kenya. They also recommended a great little supermarket close by with an ATM that doesn't charge a fee, which we really appreciated.

The one tiny thing would be it would be nice if there was a bathmat, but we weren't there long enough to ask the staff about it.

The grounds are really pretty, and there are cute monkeys in the trees right outside the window! It's also quiet and the wifi has been fast and dependable. The price is very affordable and the staff is very friendly. Also, it's centrally located near markets and pharmacies.

The breakfast was very basic with instant coffee, a flat omelets, and a piece of toast. Also, the room has no air-conditioning or fan, and the refrigerator doesn't work even though it's advertised as having one. They don't take credit!≈

Perfect place for short stay before Safari. Spacious and clean room, hot water. Very friendly staff. Since we had to start our safari very early, they prepared and left us breakfast for take out. Very good value for money!

The hotel is lovely, really friendly and helpful staff and a little oasis. The pool was cleaned regularly and the grounds are really well kept. The food was basic but nice, the vegetable soup's were really tasty. The rooms are a good size, although they do not have fans or air conditioning we were comfortable. Overall this is an excellent place to stay when in Arusha.

The location it on the edge of Arusha. There is a Pharmacy and a couple of supermarkets nearby but that's about it.
