Karibu Heritage House

We stayed at the Karibu Heritage House for three nights (one night before our safari and two nights during our safari schedule) in June 2024. On arrival we were warmly greeted by Sifael who is a wonderful host and all the staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The restaurant is nice and our evening meals were delicious. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool but if we had more time we would have done so. The hotel is perfect as a base to start or end a safari or to explore Arusha.

Good- but a little slow- we had to leave for our airport transfer

Very friendly and helpfull staff. The beds were super comfortable. Clean rooms and nice meals.

The pressure in the shower was very poor.

Quiet area with visiting monkeys. Great views of Mt Meru when the clouds lifted. Room was comfortable and clean. Good balcony!

Lovely clean bed and friendly staff. Safe to walk to a supermarket close.

Nice room and charming in general. Perfect for families: easy to place three, four or five people. Friendly staff who serve allright food when you need it. Flexible people. Quiet and private. Lush, green, lovely, quite homely gardens with funny monkeys.

We were here in low season - the staff did not have much to do and could have been slightly more efficient while they had guests and during the quiet days. (The pool could have been cleaner; various rubbish could've been removed months ago etc. Fix things that are broken or rundown.)
