Karibu Heritage House

Room was comfortable. Large bed with a mosquito net. Staff were super nice. Reasonable value for money.

A way out of town. Breakfast OK. TV in the room did not work.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The man at the reception has been very nice to us throughout the stay.

There is no buffet for breakfast and the service was extremely low. The young man serving, did not hurry up. He would always bring one item by one each time to the table. Very basic breakfast. The pool was dirty so we could not swim at all.

I booked a triple room for the same price and the size and view were great

The TV didn’t work, hot water didn’t work, the power went off for hours and no coffee making in room. They did bring some when I asked in a thermos because the power was off.

Nice staff

Our bathroom tap/shower sprayed brown and boiling water, impossible to take a shower/clean ourselves. The staff tried their best to fix it but was still not great and definitely not what we were expecting. Food was mediocre and took an hour to cook despite there only 2 tables of guests, limited breakfast selection.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The facilities are not in its best times anymore. In my room, electricity was not really working and we needed to change the fridge as it was not working. Also the Safe was initially locked and the staff was not able to sort that out. The breakfast was a mess, even the toaster was not working at all.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with every aspect of our stay. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. We recommend trying the coconut chicken and scrambled eggs. Thankyou to all the staff. We appreciate your service very much.
