Lala Land Lodge

Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen und es ist dementsprechend ruhig. Ideal zum Abschalten, was wir auch taten. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Ben und Frida kümmern sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste. Es gibt einen großen Tidenhub, was für einige Teile Sansibars typisch ist. Bei Flut nutzten wir den Pool. Den Ort besuchten wir nicht.

Die Badausstattung ist sehr spartanisch und etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da stutzt man als verwöhnter im ersten Moment etwas.

Ruhige, familiäre Anlage mit sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Personal, ruhig gelegen. Gutes Essen, abwechslungsreich, mit lokalen, frischen Speisen. Ausflüge zu empfehlen, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

The views at the property were stunning. The staff were one of a kind. The vibe was so welcoming and bright. It was a treat.

Nothing! And I mean it.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Frida und Ben. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und direkt am Meer. Man konnte also nachts die Wellen rauschen hören :) alle waren sehr freundlich und man hatte das Gefühl, dass die Angestellten gerne dort arbeiten. Auch bei der Vermittlung von Aktivitäten, Transfer... hatten wir tolle Unterstützung und es wurde eine individuelle Tour für uns arrangiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, die kleine Anlage ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen, supernette Mitarbeiter kümmern sich um alle Anliegen. Die Lodge besteht aus zwei Bungalows und drei Zimmern, es ist sehr familiär, Abendessen bei Sonnenuntergang :-) und morgens ein superleckeres Frühstück! Bei Ebbe kann man spazieren gehen, bei Flut kann man im Meer schwimmen - perfekte Entspannung

Die Lodge ist etwas abgelegen, zu Fuß kommt man nirgendwo hin. Das war für uns ok., man sollte es aber wissen. Nebenan befindet sich eine Baustelle, die Arbeiter sind schonmal um 6.00 Uhr an der Arbeit.....

This property is wonderful, the best we have stayed in on our tour on Zanzibar. The location is stunning, watching the sea come in and out, jumping straight into the sea from the hotel was wonderful. It’s peaceful but has plenty to keep a family entertained. The food was delicious as were the cocktails. Don’t hesitate, book it!

Location, food, relaxed vibe, pool

Lugar privilegiado en el que tocas el mar. El componente humano es magnífico: Frida, Ben, Hawa y el chico de lis desayunos que es el hombre tanzano mas guapo de nuestras vacaciones! Se desviven en organizarte excursiones o lo que necesites. Todo don facilidades. Lugar rústico, natural y lleno de autenticidad. Por la mañana, en el desayuno, puedes ver a las mariscadoras en la playa aprovechando la marea baja. Los habrá mas modernos y lujosos pero no mejores que Lala Land!

El último tramo de acceso al Hotel es un camino que se hace largo por su mal estado.

Lala Land Lodge was an unforgettable experience. Our 8-year-old summed it up perfectly one morning at breakfast, reflecting out of the blue: “They really take good care of you here—if you want to swim, there’s a great pool; if you’re hungry, the food is delicious; if you’re tired, the beds are comfy.” We couldn’t agree more. The lodge with a garden view was absolutely fantastic—beautifully designed with natural materials, fresh flowers every day, and a view of the lush garden. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the coconut octopus salad was outstanding. The owners and staff treat you like family, and that’s exactly how you feel staying there. They also arranged excellent taxi service for us—our driver, Amor, was fantastic. If we return to Zanzibar, we will definitely stay here again, perhaps combining it with another place on the east coast to enjoy the sandy beaches. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and well taken care of at your amazing little spot by the ocean.

Outstanding hospitality, unique touches to the bungalows, and great staff! It’s not your any other touristy/commercial resort, it has a character that is hard to find nowadays and we haven’t experienced in many places. We didn’t want to leave!!
