Posizione incredibile, personale non esperto ma gentile

Pessima gestione del manager. La colazione inizia dopo la partenza prevista dei tour, non c’è modo di contattare nessuno dalla stanza, attese infinite per mangiare. Mi hanno messo in contatti con un driver che ha organizzato una escursione con 5 mt di onda, ho dovuto poi fare da me.

I am not sure why this place has 4.5 rating. I booked a room that was claimed to be seaview , but it was obstructed by trees. You can only see trees from the room. They will make you pay extra for seaview rooms that actually has no seaview. There is no internet or TV in the room which is mentioned in the listing, but what rooms dont have internet now?! You will also be surprised that there is no service in the room, so you are stuck! Breakfast is ok. Its alacarte menu and its the same everyday. Manager could not issue refund for the inconvenience. He claimed to help fix the issue for us, but he provided a room that's further with more tree obstruction. Resort doesnt have a pool either. Pools are only available in the private villas. Overall very bad experience. I dint recommend booking in this place!

De grootte van de villa , de locatie en de privacy met eigen zwembad.

De afwerking van de villa was niet perfect Verfklodders op grond en plinten, bad nog niet aangesloten, douche was niet te draaien naar warm of koud. . Erg leeg, geen comfortabel bankstel.
