Kivuli Beach Resort Paje

Le bungalow vue océan, à quelques pas de la plage. Le calme et la sérénité du lieu. Les chambres sont traitées contre les insectes tous les après-midi. L'accueil très chaleureux de Marcia.

Le petit déjeuner servi à table manque de variété pour un établissement 4 étoiles. Les oreillers sont trop volumineux. L'accès provisoire à l'hôtel est une longue piste ensablee

Hidden in under almost like a forest - never stayed anywhere like it before. Beautiful bungalows and reception area. On the quieter side of the beach, absolutely perfect location so close to everything. Staff were all so lovely.

We had a perfect stay at Kivuli Beach Resort!!! The hotel is located directly on the beach in a very quiet area but very close to all bars and restaurants in Paje. The staff was great and helpful, there was no request that Juan and all team could not resolve for us! Very good breakfast and the rooms are very clean and huge! Can't wait to come back! Thank you, guys!

Schöne Bungalows. Tolle Lage direkt am Strand, etwas außerhalb vom Ort und somit ruhig. Dennoch zentral genug, um alles zu Fuß zu erledigen.

Frühstück ist deutlich verbesserungswürdig

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this place.

In short, the restaurant served us raw chicken and wanted us to pay for it. Shortly after, after having waited for 2 hours until check-in time, we were told that they overbooked and we had to leave, with a taxi already waiting in front of the door. We booked 2,5 months ahead and were the ones being told to leave, not the people that just booked on the day. Very unprofessional owner that promised to help us and newer called back as promised. According to booking.com standards, the hotel needs to provide an alternative at same or better standard - which did not happen. The owner argued that the price was the same…no wonder if you book on the same day. We were not informed or involved at any stage of the process - no transparency and very unprofessional experience. Leaving us no options but to do what he told us, as we didn’t even have internet and could therefore not take a decision by ourselves. The owner even declined to pay the difference in price that his and the other hotel cost at any given comparable day - also when booking.com‘s customer support contacted him.

The hotel is in front of the beach, the rooms are very spacious, the bed is large and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and polite.

As I arrived late the next day I noticed that one side of the sheet was dirty, I couldn't tell because it was the sheet that was under the duvet, the breakfast didn't have much choice and it wasn't a buffet and there wasn't a paper menu either, their menu was the waitress's.
