Do not book this room! Looked better in the photos than reality . Wasn’t nice at all

The double room was not the same as in the photos. They must have one nice room but we didn’t get that one. Cold, dark, damp. The patio was really just the walk way people used going to their own rooms, so no privacy . The pool never gets sun, it reminds me of being in a garage or shed, there’s no way I’d spend time by the pool, also no deck chairs or hang out space there. In 9 days they cleaned our room once, even though we requested it several times. They never cleaned the lounge or kitchen and the didn’t clean the bathroom ever… in 9 days They took the towels for cleaning but only replaced 2 .. after we left they accused us I’d stealing towels from them and asked for 800$ usd for 6 towels.

The location, cleaning staff, layout of room.

The limited hours of the check in. I didn’t get WiFi password or directions on where to locate the A/C remote till half way through the stay. The check in could only be done min- fri 9-4. Anything outside these hours was forcably through text. Which made things like paying, checking in etc difficult. I’ve stayed here before so was happy to deal for the other consciences of the property .

Very nice bungalow in an excellent location! Spacious with a nice kitchen and shower. Calm and quiet by Sayulita standards.

Could walk everywhere, beach, shops and restaurants on their doorstep.

They could have warned me there are things that bite you the whole time while sitting outside
