Location

Location was excellent, right in center of Sayulita yet quiet once inside the compound, and staff kept it very tidy and clean. The site was very attractive and colourful. Appreciated having a small pool as I didn't swim or surf in the nearby ocean.

My unit did not have any outside patio which some other rooms did. I was in unit #1. There was a problem with the lockbox-(code number had been updated) upon arrival and staff were quick to come and assist.

It is near a lot of bars and restaurants and only a 5min walk from the beach.

It was noisy, the bed wasn’t comfy and there was’t a lot of natural light.

Beautiful! The colors are vibrant and really enhance the property. The landscaping includes gorgeous plants.

What went well was we came in Sunday and we were greeted warmly and everyone is so accomodating, we appreciate, Andres, Perla and her mom, Marco, Luisa and Clara. All the staff are so kind and friendly. Speaks good English.

All worked out well!

The location is perfect. Right off the main square in town. We had the top floor, and the view was great from the outdoor kitchen area. The room was small, but it was okay. We hung out on the covered front patio at times, and the breeze was nice.

We could not find the front door to the property. We even asked 3 people who worked at the restaurant or shops close by, and they also had no idea where it was. It took us 20 minutes to find the "secret door" to get into the property. You would walk right past it not even know it.

The outdoor kitcheen and terrace was amazing.

Location is excellent, just off the square and only a couple of blocks from the beach, restaurants and nightlife are all around . . . the staff is supurb. We would absolutely return. Highly recommended.

We had no complaints at all.
