Huge room with a fridge. Very quiet. The only problem was that the weather was cold and there's no heating in the room

The owner is a very nice and happy lady. Always willing to help. Great location.

The room is very big and the bed sheets were cleaned. The facilities are good. The staff is nice. Breakfast good.

The bathroom was not that clean. You cannot choose the breakfast. We ate a banana pancake for 4 days.

The price included a free breakfast which is nice as food in Cat Ba is quite costly. Room is pretty spacious and even has 3 tables with 2 chairs, which is nice

Aircon didn't work really well. Couldn't find the light outside the room to turn off so it's less bright when we sleep. Don't know what else to make it 3 sentences.

The room was very spacious and the AC worked really good. Breakfast was ok for the value. Toast with omelette, banana and coffe with milk. The owners didn't speak english at all but we sorted everything allright.

The hotel in general smelled bad. A mixture of humid, cooking and old stuff. The AC was noisy during the nightime.

Its town center so the location is super good. The room was clean but no luxury and the breakfast was poor. But the staff was friendly even they almost dont speak english!
