The room was really big and the bed comfortable. Well located too!

The room was really big and comfortable, also the beds were huge!!

Very welcoming hôtel staff. They spoke really well english. They helped us to get a scooter, They advised us good restaurant. They also booked with a good price and very good bus our trip to ninh Binh. Concernant the room it was really super clean and calm.

Some confusion about extending the room from staff.

The location was good if you don’t like riding scooters, and very cheap

it was central town so it was very loud and karaoke is right across the road and we booked city view.. not the greatest. The beds were so hard, and not clean both sheets had cigarette burns through them and also stray hairs. There were bugs in our room too, spiders and roaches. The bathroom was terrible, just a wet room where the toilet leaked and the shower head was extremely light water pressure. The towels also were stained with yellow marks.

Very good location Cheap for you pay

We booked a bus throught the hotel, they said to be ready at 7am to get picked up. 6.40 they knocked on the door, push us up, the front staff told us to "hurry up", fortunately we were on the way to get breakfast and awake. I didn't like the way they threw us in the bus 20 min earlier, I even confirmed the pick up time the night before to make sure We didn't get our free breakfast wich was included in the price
