Casa Mia El Cuyo Eco Beach Boutique Hotel

A brilliant way to start our 2 week trip in the Yucatan. The minute you arrive you feel relaxed. Breakfasts are delicious, rooms are clean and comfortable and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The staff are all helpful and the owner - Marco - is brilliant. Makes you feel at home and welcome. Can’t fault it and would definitely recommend.

Comfortable room by the sea and nature The hotel exceeded my expectations. It's exactly what I was looking for since I just wanted to be close to the beach and fall asleep to the sounds of the waves close by. The room was very comfortable and no air conditioning is needed. The room keeps cool due to the amount of screened in windows. There's a nice cross breeze. Bed was super comfy, and breakfast was excellent. Marco and his team are extremely friendly and are naturals at making guests feel at home. They have many years of experience (I was once a hotel/restaurant professional). I could have easily stayed another month to learn how to kite-surf and enjoy nature. I'll be back 🤩👍

Only good things here

L’emplacement au bout du village proche de la plage, le personnel très sympathique, les espaces communs bien entretenus, la qualité de la nourriture, le balcon de la chambre.

Une petite incompréhension sur le menu du petit-déjeuner qui doit être mis à jour mais le chef cuisinier est venu nous expliquer personnellement.

Sehr reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich.

Man sollte ein Auto haben. Da es nicht am Strand liegt, sehr moskitogefährdet. Die unteren Zimmer sind doch ziemlich klein und die Terrasse auch.

Excellent location and great views from the room and friendly owner and staff

The owner and his staff are very nice people. When we came, they gave us a lemonade for the entire family and hot hand towels. A very little detail, but it says a lot about how this business is managed. They do care. We felt like at home and it was a very nice and relaxing stay. The beach is great, kitesurfing school, a mini restaurant with a great cook. In general one of the best accommodations/experiences we had in few years. Nice work guys! Very much appreciated.
