Los Feliz Hotel

Location is convenient, but it’s dirty, terrible place.

There is nothing to like about this place. It’s shouldn’t listed as a motel even. Dirty carpet and smells like a homeless barricade.

The only positive thing about the property was that it was conveniently located near to the train station which is what we needed.

The room was unclean, the floors were dirty (thick dust in places and a lot of hair) , the bedding had hairs on it and the towels were dirty. We are basic budget travellers who don’t need luxury but this room was not cleaned to a basic standard. Even a basic motel with no facilities should be clean. The garage over the road did good coffee in the morning . The tv remote didn’t work so we couldn’t use the tv. There were other motels around for the same price so I’d try those first next time

Nothing, I would like a refund please, we didn’t even stay the night it was sooo filthy, drug addicts walking around, management was very rude, just a very scary & unsafe place to stay. We couldn’t wait to get out of there.

The hotel is in the heart of Los Feliz, which is perfect for me! In the morning, you can walk to two excellent coffee shops and Morrison's Burgers in the evening. The Scottish restaurant Tam O'Shanter is nearby, as are Griffith Park and Griffith Observatory.

Location was awesome. There was a lot of place to go to around the hotel. The hotel was cute

It was a bit dusty and not good for my allergies. Wasn't fully swept or vacuumed. But was clean if that makes sense

Was told to shut ac off by a non employee, location was sketch, water pressure was awful

Carpet was old in the room. Needs to be replaced soon.

This was my first time in L.A. and as I looked around this property for me had the most value. I was looking for something that was inexpensive, close to friends and was comfortable. For the price of the room per night, I feel that the value was appropriate. The bed was comfortable, the room had a refrigerator and microwave, so I was able to have a small breakfast and dinner in the room.

There were a couple of minor problems with the cleanliness (nothing earth shattering). I contacted the manager and when I returned in the evening the apartment looked great.
