"I do not recommend this motel!"

I didn’t like it as much as I thought I would. I was disappointed.

The heater did not work! Plus the TV remote wasn’t working for me so I reported it. A staff member came and hold the remote about a foot from the TV and it functioned. I then showed him that if I played in bed it would not function. He rudely showed me again that it works a foot away. He then left! I’m also handicapped and I was given a second story room in a place without an elevator! The bathroom window sill on the inside was filthy and I noticed some mold in the shower.

"Not a clean place unless you like stained towels, unclean floors, mold in shower, & dirty bedspread"

Manager was very pleasant. The location is good to places I needed to visit. Freeway convenient.

The room had many cobwebs. The floors had obviously not been swept around the edges. The bedspreads had obvious stains on it. The shower was loaded with mold. White towels l think were clean, but could not be sure because of MANY stains. I did not feel secure in the room so I asked them to put a lock on the windows, which they did. I asked the clerk why there was no hot water so he told me to let it run 2 or 3 minutes and it would get hot. It did.
