Indigo Pass Boutique Hotel

The decor of the room was very detailed, had pretty much everything you would need

Location was awful, trying to figure out how to get in was a challenge or where to park. Can hear outside traffic Elevator is sketchy

We like the location, the comfortable rooms.

The parking isn't real secure and the main entrance to the building is unsightly, the floor is sticky from the restaurant I guess, not really sure why it's so dirty and sticky. I'm guessing it's due to the trash and grease the restaurant moved through that main hallway and entrance. We also had noisy neighbors this trip. First they were rather noisy with their sexual activities and the next day they had a bunch of kids jumping around and making a lot of noise, but we were leaving so it didn't really bother us too much.

Being able to get it in without having to check in was nice. The room was nice. The walls were paper thin. You could hear everything. The TV only works if you have your own platform username and password. The TV also sagged down on the wall mount and wouldn’t stay up. I misread one of the emails I received that said check-in at 12:00pm and check-out at 3pm. So at noon we had the maid pounding on the door while we were asleep yelling checkouts at 11am. I’ve stayed in a very large amount of hotels and have never been hollered at like that.

I thought the decor was classy and definitely in style. All the amenities that I needed were there. I would definitely say "boutique hotel" were the right words to call it! The room was clean, quiet, smelled great, and temperature was just right. I also appreciated all the apps on the TV that were available. The little town it is in was cute and everything was close by.

There were only two things I had a problem with. I really felt I needed a lock on the inside of the door. Especially as a single woman I don't know who has access to the codes. It would have made me feel safer even if it was just a hook and eye. The other thing was walking from the parking to get to the secured floor with sketchy. So much so I went to Walmart and bought some mace. I also stayed on the phone with somebody until I was on my floor. I probably wouldn't even thought twice about it if I was with someone. But when I came back from Miami for Mom's weekend at night I was nervous. Especially walking from the back parking lot. I'm sure the area is safe but these days you have to be cautious.

Very friendly staff, Very comfortable bed & nice vibes. However it felt like the elevator wasn’t functioning, the power went out for a few minutes, and there was no bathroom fan. Parking situation confusing.

I thought the location was cool and the process of getting into the hotel and room was neat.

The smell was a bit sour in the hallway but did not smell in the room. The comforter for the bed was a queen comforter on a king bed so that to be covered by the comforter if my wife had been with me, we would have had to spoon all nite long. If you sleep toward the edge of the bed you aren't covered. Also, the shower curtain needed to be hung a little farther back into the shower so when wet it doesn't drip on the bathroom floor but into the shower.
