We arrived at 10pm and the room was 76 degrees. No one would answer my texts or calls. After turning on the A/c it only cooled down to 73 by morning. Very hot in there
USRoom was clean. Liked the walk in shower.
Outside area was very dumpy. Air conditioning unit was not working properly. False advertisement that there is pool. Definitely no pool!
USThe smell gave me a headache and we had no air and it was 80 degrees in our room. Tried contacting staff and no one would respond so we had to leave.

The area of the hotel is a bit sketchy. AC went out and the room did not cool off, reached out to the hotel , no response. We stayed for a total of 5 days , and had to keep all trash in our room as well as buy trash bags because we only had a liner for the bathroom trash.
USCheck-in was easy to follow and go through.
There is no microwave to use and the sofa bed was stylish but not as comfortable as pull out types. The rooms were not able to moderate temperature with the in-room thermostat.

the AC in the first room went out so I did have to move but once I got to the other one it was nice. it was kind of hard to find but once I called I found it . Also my last night the out door wouldn't open so I was kind of trapped in there.
