Worst customer service I have ever had
USIt was close to a wedding we attended. The room was clean, and cute.
I paid through booking.com about two weeks before my stay, but received multiple messages to log into a separate portal and pay again. I never received the check in instructions with the codes, so when I arrived I couldn’t find the entrance and needed to ask for help from the businesses downstairs. That’s when I learned that the elevators were broken, and had been for a while. I called the number for assistance and finally received the THREE separate codes for the various doors to get to my room. Rooms are on the 4th floor, and you’ll have to haul all your luggage up. I was told that the elevator being broken is noted in the listing but went back, and cannot find this anywhere. Once we were in the room we wanted to settle in an watch tv because the thought of all those stairs again was just not appealing. The tv had instructions to enter our own Amazon password to watch tv (I didn’t want to do this) but the fire stick wouldn’t even turn on to get to that point anyway. The walls are paper thin and my friends were staying in the room next door, on their wedding night, despite the fact that these were the only two rooms booked that night, so I was glad I packed my AirPods. The whole stay was Motel 6 quality but at a Hilton price.

Everything was great
USPerfectly located in the historic downtown area, just a short walk to great restaurants, wine bars, small brew pubs and a booming arts scene. The rooms are quiet and clean and well maintained if you are staying for a longer period. Great value.
The entrance. This is the first impression of what’s to come. Though a shared space in the building, someone should mop and clean the entrance way, as well as the elevator. The floor of the elevator was actually sticky.
