Hotel Villas Ema

Lo que me gustó más fue la cercanía a playa la ropa, se encuentra a un minuto caminando, me gustó la alberca y las habitaciones son cómodas para el descanso.

Excelente ubicación

Todo bien, solo les falta poner un poco más de cuidado con la limpieza de la alberca, por qué si tenía hojas y pequeñas basuras de las plantas, fuera de eso todo excelente

La vista al mar, el servicio y la comodidad de la habitación, fue muy útil que hubiera una cocina y que la habitación tuviera frigobar :)

No hay mucho restaurante económico en la zona, hay que ir al centro para tener mas variedad, pero el hotel fue realmente cómodo. No pudimos sacar la llave del cajón de seguridad de la habitación

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba del todo

The location was perfect, very close to the beach, but quieter. The birds and flowers were a huge bonus. We did not realize that we would have a nicely supplied shared kitchen with the other two rooms on our floor. It came in very handy. The quiet pool area was terrific, as well as the free parking.

We had a few minor problems communicating, mostly with translations from english to spanish.

Close proximity to the beaches; restaurants; taxis; and downtown Zihuatanejo. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Very sterile looking new rooms- need some bright decor, but clean. We had booked two rooms and one was for my sister who died right before trip - they said that they were fine with refunding the room but needed a waiver form from booking.com which was sent same day- they never signed it after numerous requests- so no refund. The staff was nice but didn’t follow through on their promise.
