Lack of information from staff

The proximity to Playa La Ropa was ideal. it very nice to be able to enjoy the beach at different times of day while also being able to retreat to the comfort of our unit and the pool when we needed a break from it.

Initially, the staff was nice.

The bed bugs, the ants, the poor air conditioning, poor internet, staff not telling me the truth and the lighting in the room, especially at night.

Location and the staff were fabulous. It was a bonus to have a nice pool as well. The proximity to Playa La Ropa is outstanding.

Hotel Villas Ema has a great staff, good communication, nice setting next to a large undeveloped lot, great view, and wonderful location just steps from playa de Ropa, and the taxi stand is right across the street. Room is spacious, good bed and great patio.

The shared kitchen facilities left a lot to be desired, and rooms were basic with no extra furniture. Unfortunately, there was construction across the street on the roof and they could look right into my unit so there was no privacy.

Great location 1 minute walk to beach.
