Nice working staff, very clean rooms.

It was not proper in the description was written the rooms have soundproofing - not at all. I heard the guests from another room sometimes too clearly. Difficult to interact in english even with the reception (despite I made a reservation following the eanglish booking.com ad, and Slovakia is the part of EU)... Due to this communication problem I was not informed about some other people who booked my room when I came to continue the reservation. Suddenly in the middle of my stay it appeared that FROM TODAY TO TOMORROW I have to package all my bags, to find another hotel and for 1 day to leave. I have many things so it was very difficult but no one suggested any compensation for such a mess. The breakfasts - "fast-food", no one diatetic option, no fresh cookies, vegetables or fruits.
