Wellness hotel Mestská plaváreň

I liked the breakfast and reception service. Room was clean and properly prepared for the visit.

Bed was a bit small.

Clean, out of businees properties, close to some Nature, easy parking, friendly stuff.

This is an athletic facility with a few rooms attached, not a hotel. No external signage this is a hotel. Contrary to website description, staff did not speak English and no air conditioning in room. Access into and out of building and room range through deadbolted doors which could only be opened over several minutes effort with keys. Reception closed early around 6 pm and phone contact number did not work.Exit from room range blocked by deadbolted door 24 hours. Bedrooms at third floor level without elevator. Need to exit room range and building through difficult to open deadbolted doors a fire safety hazard. No kleenex box in room.

The staff is very friendly, they try to make your request as much as accommodating. I was traveling with my 19 month old son. After the first day when they came to take the rubbish they left me with plug sockets covers. Which was nice as it shows they are looking out for any hazards . This was my third visit and I would definitely come back.
