Capitola Beach Suites

Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, bars and to an area of the beach that’s not crowded, but still able to walk the beach to the main beach area. Also loved having a balcony to sit and drink coffee while listening to the waves. Friendly staff was a big plus!

Being right next to the street/stop sign, all day and night you can hear cars speeding by. But definitely wasn’t a deal breaker.

Location is close to the beach it's nice to have easy access to the beach

The young lady in the office was extremely rude to me 3 times during the visit and upset me so much it ruined our last nite of our vacation. I am filing a formal complaint with her company. She acts like she does not care one bit about taking care of her guest. She actually offended me to a point where we almost left.

You can walk to shops, restaurants, the beach. The kitchen is great and the large room is nice. Full size frig. Beach towels. Balcony off room. Nick was very helpful.

The property is at a 4 way stop and super LOUD! Parking is difficult. When you book they need to state what floor it’s on. I paid A LOT of $ and had a view of the hotel across the street and distant ocean views. Only book this hotel if they can give you a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Also, they always have cheap paper towels, why?

I love the location, I was steps from the beach, and that's what I really want it. The room also had a great view of the beach and had a balcony where you could relax.

The only things that I didn't like was that we need it to look for a parking but other than that it was perfect

The Wi-Fi was horrible
