Capitola Beach Suites

Location is superb to walk anywhere . And if you need something target is like 10 minutes away . Check and check out was perfect . Very comfortable and spacious . Full kitchen if you want to cook inside . You can walk across the bridge to access the beach since the wharf area is getting fixed . Has a terrace to enjoy a drink with a fireplace ( we didn’t use the fireplace )

The wifi was weak so we couldn’t really use .The directions where to park weren’t 100 percent clear but we managed and didn’t get towed . This is probably just the inconvenience of the work being done to the wharf . The unit we got was street side and there is walking traffic you can hear because of the window .

I’ve stayed there many times and love the fact there is a veranda. My favorite are the rooms on the 2nd floor. This time we stayed on the 1st floor which was my own fault.

Our room couldn’t park in the garage due to construction on the wharf. This was not a fault of the hotel.

The room was clean, location was wonderful

I could have been stated when I booked that my room was the one that did not have an ocean view.

The location was amazing! Within walking distance to shops, restaurants.

I didn’t like that there is no parking for the suite we had. And the girl I believe her name was Bianca was not the nicest. She had a rudeness about her. And we tried to call the desk regarding the parking situation and no one ever answered. Make me wonder if we had a serious issue, who or where would we call.

Friendly staff, amazing location, beach is steps away and so is shopping and restaurants. Spacious with full kitchen.

I didn’t realize that I booked street view so it’s noisy and not very private, that was my mistake. Parking is always a challenge. They started construction on the wharf but it wasn’t too loud.

The wifi didn't extend into the bedroom. I had to take the laptop into the kitchen to use and it still kept dropping the connection. I planned to work while I was there and it wasn't possible. Also, there is little on site parking so you have to park on the street a bit away. They give you a parking pass (which they repeatedly tell you will cost you $200 if you don't return it). And they are soooo fond of signs everywhere to warn you about things that they will charge you for if you don't do it their way!

Beautifully located, clean . Eric was amazing, super informative and helpful. The balcony was wonderful to sit at night and listen to the ocean.

Always appreciate their customer service. Allowed early check in and late check out. Love the view from the terrace...

Although we were given permit for street parking...it must be hard if no permit parking is available.
