Location, location location

My disappointment was in the Booking.com representation of the property. There is only 1 room out of 8 without an ocean view. This was the room I got when booked. Never stated it was a NO VIEW room. I would had happily paid for the view. I wasn't able to change the reservation because I only realized it was a non view room upon going to the room and management said I needed to cancel through Booking.com. Beware in the future, go directly to the property owner and you have much more flexibility when things go wrong

Very clean room and walking distance to everything at the Capitola Village.

location was great

parking was a hassle, on your own once checked in, no 24 hour staffing. no upgrades or room service. Rooms had a dank oder (somewhat understandable ) but we’re very clean, no complaints.

We had a suite that was lovely. It was clean and very beachy. Management was very friendly and informative.

The room was street side. The noise from passing cars, trucks, and police is crazy loud, starting at around 7 AM. Parking is horrible. We had to park up on a hill on a nearby street and walk more than a quarter mile to our car! We probably won't stay there again.
