"Very pricey for mediocre accommodations."

Beach location was GREAT! Sewage smell from street construction was horrible!!!! Very concerned manager worked diligently to rectify the issue. A/C in unit was extremely noisy….. could not sleep. Proximity to Shadowbrook restaurant was awesome.

"Close to everything we wanted to do."

No ocean view from our room, though I asked for one. The room was stuffy, with too much noise with the window open. Loved the coffee. And the upstairs balcony area.
