No hot water Bad wifi reception

location in center, could be ok for money but its loud, remind me train station, and its poor

Great location, walkable distance to the center

Some staff weren't very welcoming, it wasn't clean even after cleaning so I asked them not to clean the room because what happened was basically emptying the trashcan and making the bed. There was hair on the bedsheets and pillows, along with stains. They didn't have an iron machine and very bad room ventilation I washed some clothes and they didn't fully dry up in 3 days so you can imagine.

Great location if you want to be near the main plaza and the cathedral. Very clean, very quiet, safe hotel, confortable bed, good shower pressure. Cable T.V. Small parking area next to the hotel. The check-in was very fast and very simple.

There was a leak in the wall next to the sink, which is located "inside" the room area, when there is heavy rain the floor filled with water in this area and the bathroom floor. There is no small bench to help you put on your shoes because there is nowhere to sit and the bed is very high. A bar fridge would be perfect in this room. On occasions the hot water lasted forever to start and another ones was normal, a lot of hot water by the way, not sure if the boiler was turned off or what was the reason.

No iron available and the wifi doesn't work

The male receptionist didn't seem to like his job and wasn't very welcoming. The lady was much nicer and let me heat water for my tea in the kitchen. They did provide extra blankets because I was cold at night, but the rough material didn't warm me much.

TV is smart TV

No towels upon arrival, door to outside locked early. Water cold at night.

Location is good. Rooms are clean yet infested with ticks

My room was infested with bed bugs. I was woken up by a bed bug bite in the middle of the night and found 4 of them in my sheets and under my pillow.
