"They offer independent entrance but is the same entrance as every one uses and also says it has a"

Location and price

Sheets were not as clean and may have been reused as they were filthy. Staff was too noisy, day and night. Radio or furniture improvements. No patio or private entrance as they make you think whe you book.

"great value for money"

Great location and very welcoming staff. We got a room on the first floor but it was much better than we expected.

No hot water at 9 pm, wish we knew that before we came back from a day of exploring the city and wanted to shower

"Eaten alive with bed bugs."

Bed beds - woke up covered in bite marks. I see from some other reviews I am not the only person who has suffered this this. I strongly advise you stay somewhere else - it's not worth the risk of having an infested room. This has really ruined my trip.

"Good experience"

Very good location, very clean and spacious rooms.

The insulation of the building is pretty bad so you can hear every person getting inside the hotel day and night.
