Staff onsite was friendly and helpful. Town is small and quaint but close to Yellowstone and Beartooth pass (a must do drive). Room had everything you needed and was spacious.

No cell service in town and spotty WiFi but not a huge deal breaker

Nice place to stay. Good location. Comfy beds, comfy sheets.

You receive a lot of emails before you check in. Not even an hour after check-in time you receive a mail saying "you haven't checked in yet". It must have its reasons but there are a lot of "rules" to obey: 5min. showers, turn the heating on 60°F, if this happens, it's that much fine ... it did not give me a feeling of "being home". I was constantly checking everything, constantly making sureif I didn't make anything dirty. Also, they charge 4% extra if you pay by creditcard. The price you see on booking is not the price you pay. I asked them about it and they do send you (again) an email where is says the charge 4%, it just does not seem fair since that is the only way you can pay for the room. WIFI was terrible.
