It was a good price and a very nice location.
Hygiene was very bad. I'm used to cheap hotels and my hygienic standards really aren't that high, but the bathrooms were very dirty: dirty and/or sticky floors, urine on the floors and toilet seats and unflushed toilets made it very unpleasant to go to the bathroom.

Given the location and price fair value for money
Shared bathrooms are a bit rough, and not many for the number of rooms that share these, beds are a bit low quality.

"Room felt structurally unsafe."

The staffs were very nice and professional
My room was on the 2nd floor and at the far left corner of the property. The room was leaning on one side and felt very unsafe. The whole time I felt like the building was going to collapse. Lastly, 3 out 5 windows inside my room was not able to close all the way and it’s San Francisco weather :(
