Entella Hotel

Location was great. . There was a fridge and a microwave in room. Bed was comfy and room was clean

TV didnt work and no tea/coffee making in the room. No dining of any type in hotel.

Room was small but clean and quiet. Very nice location. Fine for 2 nights and price.

Bathroom and shower in hallway need more attention from staff.

It's all about location. It's close to Fisherman's Wharf. It's right on Columbus and Lombard (the famous crooked street in SF), so it's easy to get to ALL the tourist areas . The people were pretty nice, always smiling. Te room has a flatscreen, a fridge, a microwave oven and a sink. It's right next to/in Little Italy, so lots of great neighborhood restaurants.

It's a below average stay. Although the sheets were clean, the pillow cases could have used a bit of bleach. But you get what you pay for. The windows dont really close, so if you happen to be there over the weekend, there's a comedy club and the line to get in is right under your window. It's good to book if you only need a place to sleep for a few hours and explore the city the rest of the time.

The staff is really helpful. The location is excellent. The value is great!

Central location, conveniently accessible from airport too.The room is not small, has sink, fridge and microwave, TV stand can be used as a table. The bed was good.Window can be opened for ventilation.

The hotel is not so clean, strange odor sometimes. Toilets have ho sink to wash hands. Some toilets are combined with shower, so need to bring your soap to wash hands. In my room there were no racks for clothes and for towel, probably lost long time ago.

the location was perfect. you have everything around you. almost felt like we were going in circles while sight seeing. I would totally recommend this place if you’re on a budget or last minute booking. parking is a struggle though!

staff was doing everything they can to keep the shared bathrooms clean but no one really cared to keep it clean. (you can tell men there wouldn’t lift up the seat to pee) pretty much it. everything else was clean, check in was easy, no deposit fee. and they were able to check us in early.
