The rooms are super stylish, the beds are great, the staff is the sweetest and then on top of all the rooftop with the super view and delicious feee breakfast. Loved it here and did not wanted to leave

Nothing. I stayed even longer than initially planned. Yes there is a bus stop in front of the door, but if you use the ear plugs that are provided, nothing beats this perfect hidden gem in the cute little town on the Ruta de las Flores

Modern building with a roof terrace with a fabulous view. Handy location. Comfy bed. Lovely hot water in shower!

Slightly dusty, but there was a building site behind my room. Quite noisy in the morning with buses.

Breakfast on the rooftop has an amazing view. Same with drinks as the sun goes down I imagine (but I was busy off exploring the region!) The staff is amazing and accommodating. Seriously, 10+ out of 10. Run of the mill organizing trips of course, but then also researched bus schedules and regional places of interest, so that was above and beyond! When they didn’t know immediately they came back with answers later! Location is fantastic. Right next to the bus “station” without the noise. Blocks from the vibrant plaza. Felt super secure, even though I didn’t feel like it had to be.

Unfortunately, I think the setup of the bathroom allows a foul smell. Everything else was great.

A modern building, bright and very clean. There is a rooftop cafe (free breakfast) with outstanding views of nearby volcanoes! Below the hotel are a pharmacy, ATM and cellular store. Private secure parking for our motorcycle. Very good value!

Can’t think of a thing!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, the property is beautiful, and the rooftop cafe/bar is a lovely place to spend time, any time of day. The location is right on the edge of town, but it well connected and in walking distance to everything. The breakfast included was also delicious. Also, the hotel was very helpful in assisting us to make arrangements to complete the 7 Waterfalls hike by connecting us with a local guide.

Being that the property is on the corner opposite the bus station, locals looking to fill their buses/share vans are yelling quite early in the morning as they try to find patrons. The backside of the hotel is adjacent to a brick supplier, which also gets started with throwing bricks into trucks pretty early in the morning.
