-The staff was really friendly and helpful -Hot shower every day -The rooftop bar offers great views over the town and nearby volcanoes

- Considering the price paid (expensive hotel for El Salvador), the cleanliness of the room could be better (dust and hair) - They say breakfast is included, however it is quite small and simple and everything you want to add comes with an extra cost. They wouldn’t even let me have a cup of tea instead of the coffee (i don’t like coffee). So in my opinion, it is a bit misleading to show “breakfast included” and then charge 2$ for a cup of tea. - Don’t expect to sleep later than 5.30-6am if you are a light sleeper, because of the noise coming from the street

Breakfast was great! Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

It was a bit loud outside in the mornings but that is due to location being central. Location is in the middle of town and close to everything.

Location is perfect and the facilities are great, very clean.

There is too much noise on the street from the buses, people, and street vendors early in the morning.

Excellent hotel. And best coffee in the country!! The staff were amazing, very attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The parking was next door and they always locked it. We arrived late and so the place was in lockdown. If you do get there late you may need to call them to let you in. But the front desk lady saw us looking confused and came down and got us.

Very clean and modern building with a great included breakfast. Friendly staff too.

Room had a lot of noise in the mornings from neighbouring construction work.
