Casa 1800 Cerro Verde

The location is stunning, the views simply unbeatable, the property very modern and beautiful only second to the views of the volcanoes and the lake. The staff went above and beyond, the food delicious, the rooms very comfortable and the beds heavenly.

The showers weren’t super hot/the most perfect but do the job just fine!

Great location if you want a quiet and peaceful place.

Let me be constructive and provide a list of critical improvements for management to improve. If these were fixed, this would be a lovely place I would highly recommend. 1. heating : we were freezing in the restaurant and the room. 2. food : the food quality was really bad. 3. storage : storage in the rooms was essentially absent. Let's add some hooks, maybe a desk (the rooms are huge so that should be feasible) 4. Water temperature: water was pretty much cold in the shower 5. Smell: it smelled bad in the bathrooms 6. Atmosphere: the restaurant was overly busy and it feels like a cafeteria. 7. Amenities: there is a lack of any onsite activities/amenities (no pool, no lobby, no lounge chairs, no bar, no spa, no gym).
