Everything, greeted with a warm friendly check in. Customer service was fantastic through out and at the pool. The pool was a nice size and clean area and plenty of sunbeds. The room was clean, comfortable bed and big and a nice balcony overlooking the water and pool. Car parking was plenty. It really was one of the best hotels in Key west and the complimentary water was great.

"Great birthday weekend at the Capitana Key West"

The hotel was immaculate inside and outside. Away from bustling Duval Street but within easy drive to the attractions. Bottled waters and bags of ice were on each floor. Nice patios with modern furniture to enjoy the view.
