Great customer service. Pool was great, bar by pool was awesome.

That the bar by the pool closed at 8pm. Prices in the convenient store were way out of price.

Location.

Internet basic does not work and we should not be charged to get faster internet. Hotels today do not upsell internet access. Also, we had to call to get our room done at 3:30pm.

הבריכה נחמדה וגם הברמן המקום נקי , לא קרוב למרכז צריך מונית או רכב

את השירות בקבלה , במיוחד של מנהלת המלון ושל איזה בחור ג׳ינגי הגענו למלון דרשו מאתנו את האשראי שבוצעה בו ההזמנה ולא היה עלינו הם רוצים אותו פיזית לא מספיק להם שעשינו את זה דרך בוקינג לכן שימו לב הם אטומים בצורה הזויה.. ללא אשראי נוסף שהיה עלינו במקרה הם פשוט היו מסרבים לשהייה שלנו.. יש להביא אתכם את האשראי פיזית אפל פיי שמשתמשים בכל העולם לא טוב להם.. מי ישמע איזה מלון יוקרה.. לא נתנו שום פתרון לא וזהו.. כזו מקובעות לא פגשתי גם לא בארהב
