Me cobraram um valor no check in , e o mesmo valor também foi cobrado pelo booking , faz 1 mês e até o momento não obtive o reembolso .

Sehr ansprechendes Hotel. Trotz zahlreicher USA Reisen kannten wir die Hotelkette OPAL vorher nicht. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, schick eingerichtetes Haus und schicke Zimmer. Leider bietet sich im Haus selbst keine Möglichkeit zum Frühstück- oder Abendessen (außer einem Kiosk). Möglichkeiten zwecks Essen bot allerdings die Poolbar. Was auch i.O. war. Kurze Fahrten in die City macht man besser z.B. per UBER, da die Parkmöglichkeiten eher bescheiden sind.

Nach unserem bestätigten Eindruck kommen auch Nichthotelgäste zum Pool und besuchen auch die Poolbar. So weit so gut, wenn diese dann allerdings noch ihre Hunde in den Pool mitnehmen, ist das schon eher unangenehm, ekelig und unhygienisch. Da geben wir an erster Stelle dem Hotel keine Schuld, dennoch sollte darauf von Seiten des Personals geachtet werden.

Fue todo perfecto. Todo está pensado. Los precios del desayuno son buenos y sus opciones exquisitas. La habitación estuvo siempre impecable! La piscina y su bar nos hicieron sentir en un hotel de lujo

Solo una mujer del personal fue un poco ruda al salir a pedirme que me fuera a fumar a otro lugar por fumar un cigarrillo en la parte exterior del lobby, ya fuera del hotel donde no decía que no estaba permitido fumar. Porque al abrirse y cerrarse la puerta entraba el olor, fumo cigarrillos armamos que casi no huelen, el viento estaba para el otro lado y creo que se abrió la puerta una vez en el tiempo que estuve allí… Y quizás la piscina es chica para el hotel cuando está lleno. Sería bueno que su costa de mar tenga algún tipo de playita

An excellent, bright, very clean hotel, large and spacious rooms, as well as the bathroom. Friendly and smiling staff throughout the hotel. Private beach equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas - just remember that you can't swim in the sea (unless you really want to). Very clean swimming pool with bath towels placed daily on the sun loungers - this is the first time I've seen something like this at a hotel and I think this way of working is very smart, because you don't have to walk around the hotel for them. Another very useful point is the hydration area, where you can find free water and ice at every stop. At the beach bar by the pool you can find pretty much all the necessary liquids - but also good quality snacks, enough to satisfy your hunger. Large, free and free parking, stable internet - all in all a hotel we will return to

It's not a negative, just keep in mind that the hotel doesn't have breakfast options. But at the hotel cafe you can always find snacks, sandwiches, omelets, very good coffee, juices, sweets, etc... as well as at the pool bar.
