Western Inn & Suites Hampton

The proximity to most things, as well as the check in girl. she was so sweet, and a breath of fresh air coming off of hours on the road late at night! I think her positivity made us care less about the noise we could hear from the room.

not much, but you could hear everything in the hall and lobby (which we were close to) the bed was uncomfortable but not terrible, the shower had something in the bottom of it that was slimy but we got shower shoes and were fine.

The lady at the front desk, Joy was the best part of our trip. she was very friendly and helpful.

Spa tub/ jacuzzi only worked for 15 min. mama hare came. got it back up for another 15 min. this was very disappointing because it is what we came for.

We had a place to stay. It didn't smell bad. The one lady at the front desk was very nice.

The beds were tiny and uncomfortable. The inside is outdated. Felt like I was in the 90's. The toilet had a ring inside. Makes you feel like it's not clean.
