Traditional, authentic feel- beautiful Uzbek decorations and cloths in hallway, lovely scent upon arrival etc Near local shops allowing visitors to live as if a local / mix-mingle with locals more than would have if stayed at hotels in touristy areas The staff are proactive at helping, especially when helping organize very good private tours with local guides in Shahrihabz & Bukhara The generous Uzbek spirit from the staff- offering discount because it was my 1st time to Samarkand and paying for the taxis every time it left fromhotel The room is so spacious Close to really great local/authentic restaurants like Sultan Cafe & Istanbul Kebab The housekeeping staff does an excellent job

The lack of amenities- kettle wasn’t present in the room when I first arrived. There is no ironing board/iron. The hairdryer was broken. No safe etc The central heating from Soviet system makes room so hot I had to turn aircon to cool it…in winter when outside is 2 C…crazy! The English wasn’t always fluent The costs and informations about laundry/tours etc were a lot of time by word of mouth…lacking written paper confirmations…comes across too informal The music at breakfast is awful…AI generated muzak …when guests would love something more about Uzbek culture The bed is a bit hard

Everything was such perfect. So quite and comfortable hotel for a family stay. Breakfast was very good too. Receptionists Davlat and Amir were very helpful and kind. This is description of Uzbek hospitality. Only love from Turkmenistan
