Location was near to attractions we want to visit. Receptionist was very friendly. Hotel is nice and beautiful and clean. Nuts were served at the reception. All the staff there were very helpful.

We recently stayed at Al Madina Hotel in Samarkand, and we were absolutely delighted! At first, we thought it was just an average hotel, but it truly deserves four stars — if not more. We had booked a Deluxe room, but as a complimentary gesture for our first visit to Samarkand, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Luxury Suite. They said they wanted us to feel the true historical spirit of Samarkand, and they absolutely succeeded! In the evening, after dinner, we were surprised with a beautiful complimentary treat — fresh fruits (strawberries, grapes, and several varieties) along with freshly squeezed juice. When it was time to leave, the hotel also provided us with a free comfortable transfer to the airport, which was a very nice touch. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely hospitable — every interaction felt warm and sincere. The hotel was spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The view from our room was stunning. What truly amazed us was that the hotel even has its own mini museum, showcasing historical artifacts and cultural items — such a unique experience! The mattresses were exceptionally soft and comfortable, and the whole hotel smelled amazing — even the air freshener was special! Breakfast was another highlight — rich, delicious, and beautifully presented. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the management of Al Madina Hotel, and especially to Mr. Amirjon and Ms. Nigora, for their outstanding hospitality and care for every guest. We leave with wonderful memories and will definitely come back again!
