Good location, staff is good. Good breakfast.

Just the restaurant is not available for meals other than breakfast or for outdoor visitors as well. Please start the restaurant for lunch, dinner and visitors also, it would be great!

Shower was broken, we hold them immedeately but they didnt do anything about it in four days They wanted to charged us about 60€ for loundry! Which we obviously refused to Pay do they told us its on them

During my stay, there were constant electricity shortages, room was not cleaned for 2 -3 days

Though the hotel advertises visa card acceptance, they use UZB national payment system that reject US bank issued cards over small amount. My card was rejected when amount exceeded 1 mil in local currency, making it impossible to pay the hotel by card. Issue is solely on the payment system they used. Having cash is required to pay there. Room cleaning should be done more often. I ended to ask staff to do full cleaning in the middle of the stay.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great.

The location of the hotel is not ideal. Its a distance away from amir temur square and nice restaurants. But close to airport and the train station.

Best people in the world works in this hotel ready to help you any time even if you missed your breakfast you will get it. Nice location near a lot of shops and subway station. Very clean.

Basically everything was super. Would be nice to include some local dishes in the breakfast :)
